We ship our products internationally.

Customs Clearance Notice

Some destinations require the recipient to complete customs clearance. Goods must be cleared within 3 days of arrival to avoid demurrage or storage fees. Shipments that are not cleared and are abandoned by the customer are non-refundable.

Delivery time

Within the US

Delivery time is usually 3 to 5 business days, depending on the shipping option you select at checkout.

During peak promotional seasons such as Black Friday or Christmas, please allow up to 72 additional hours for processing.

International orders

Delivery time varies by service level, destination, item availability and the date the order was placed.

Some products are shipped using an International Shipping method even when the destination is inside the US. These items require a longer delivery time and the estimated timeframe is shown in the checkout shipping method. For these items, import duties or taxes may apply based on the shipment’s origin.

Non-continental US territories

Please allow 8 business days for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Micronesia and the US Virgin Islands. These locations, as well as APO addresses, are shipped via USPS and may not have tracking numbers available.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number so you can track your shipment at any time.

Duties, fees and taxes

You may be responsible for duties, fees and taxes that apply in your region.

For standard US orders shipped from our US warehouse, there are no customs duties.

For items shipped using the International Shipping method, import duties or taxes may apply even for US destinations.

For all other international destinations, VAT and duty may apply depending on your country. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
